George Evangelopoulos · Reverse Polarity
MEng. Electrical & Computer Engineer Yorgos (George) Evangelopoulos graduated summa cum laude from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2015, with a thesis on low-power hardware design for LSTM neural networks at ESAT, KU Leuven. That same year, supported by a Stavros Niarchos Foundation scholarship, he began delivering software for clients — across web, mobile, backend, and data — working in a range of languages and frameworks and accumulating over a decade of production experience. Founding Reverse Polarity in 2020 formalised that practice and made room for more clients.
Reverse Polarity has consulted startups in the Deep Tech domain and Digital Flanders for security and identity matters. Reverse Polarity has implemented WebAuthn for the Flemish state and over 3,000 of its collaborators. George became a certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert in 2026.
Today, Reverse Polarity specialises in authentication code reviews, agentic security scans, and identity engineering for EU software teams. Software projects have spanned SaaS platforms, charter booking ERPs, virtual-tour editors, RAG-style document tooling, and a range of custom websites — always with a clear sense of how software should be approached in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
